What are you working towards?

Different plans.
The same togetherness.

Two ways to contribute, with the terms
there for you to read before you join.

01 Ajo rotations

For the people who
take turns showing up.

Your colleagues, your friends, your family. Agree on contributions and a schedule, then collect in turn as each cycle settles.

  • Review the group agreement and payout order
  • Follow contributions and your group’s progress
  • Receive settled payouts into your wallet

02 Goal savings

For a campaign
you want to be part of.

Join a platform campaign with a shared target and stated fulfilment terms. Contribute from your wallet and follow your progress.

  • Read the target, deadline and fulfilment terms
  • Review your amount before contributing
  • Follow fulfilment or reviewed refund outcomes
A few things to know first
Is Goal savings the same as a personal savings account?

No. Your contributions are committed towards a platform campaign’s fulfilment terms. They are not freely withdrawable like a personal savings balance. Read the campaign details before joining; where a campaign cannot proceed, refunds follow a reviewed resolution process.

Your first circle

Start with a conversation.
Keep going with a plan.

Here’s how Rotational Ajo comes together.

  1. 01

    Bring your people

Create a group or accept an invitation. Choose the circle you’re comfortable contributing with.

  2. 02

    Know the agreement

Review the amount, schedule, payout order and group rules. Complete the required agreement and funding steps.

  3. 03

    Keep up together

Make contributions from your wallet and check their status. See what’s paid and what still needs attention.

  4. 04

    It’s your turn

When your payout settles, it goes to your wallet. Request a withdrawal to an eligible trusted bank account.

Payouts depend on settled contributions and the group’s agreed rules.

Because life isn’t always a straight line

Paid? Pending?
Let’s make it clear.

Sometimes a payment needs checking. Sometimes a contribution is late. You should be able to see what happened and what needs attention.

A record to come back to

Review your transactions, contribution status and references instead of searching through old messages.

A place for the unfinished bits

Contribution recovery separates unpaid amounts, penalties and recovery status. The group’s agreed rules still apply.

A way to ask for help

Open a support request or raise a dispute about a contribution or payout from Help & support in the app.

Your money deserves care

A few thoughtful checks.
A little more peace of mind.

Practical account protections,
with you in control of your details.

Know who’s taking part

Identity verification helps establish who can access eligible financial activities.

Protect important actions

Use the app’s transaction PIN and security tools. Sensitive actions can require extra authorization.

Your bank, your choice

Manage your own bank accounts. New payout destinations may need extra checks before withdrawals are available.

Keep an eye on your account

Review devices and security activity, and follow critical account alerts.

Your payout goes to your wallet first. Withdraw when eligible, or manage automatic withdrawal preferences in the app. A group admin cannot replace your personal withdrawal bank.

What can I do with iDeliverPay?

Add money to your wallet, join or create eligible Ajo rotations, participate in Goal savings campaigns, follow your transactions and request withdrawals. Available actions depend on your account status and verification.

How do I join an Ajo rotation?

Open your group invitation in the app and review the details. Complete the agreement and any required funding or security steps. Before the rotation begins, check the established payout order and contribution schedule.

What if someone misses a contribution?

The group’s agreement determines grace periods, penalties and recovery steps. You can review unpaid amounts and recovery status in the app. A missed contribution can delay a payout; iDeliverPay does not promise to cover another member’s shortfall.

Where does my payout go?

A settled rotational payout goes to your wallet first. You can request a withdrawal to an eligible trusted bank account, or manage automatic withdrawal preferences. Review applicable fees, limits and security checks in the app.

Can I take money out of a Goal savings campaign?

Campaign contributions are committed to the stated fulfilment terms. They are not a freely withdrawable personal balance. Review the campaign’s target, deadline, fulfilment details and resolution terms before joining.

Can my group admin change my bank account?

No. You manage your own personal withdrawal destination through your account’s security controls. A group administrator cannot choose or replace it for you.

What if I need help with a payment or my account?

In the app, go to Profile → Help & support. Open a support request for questions or account problems, or raise a dispute about a specific contribution or payout. Include the transaction reference where available. Never share your password, PIN or one-time codes.
